4.2. We implement zero-knowledge architecture, meaning we cannot access your unencrypted data.

4.3. You are responsible for maintaining secure access passwords for your projects.

4.4. We are not liable for data loss resulting from forgotten passwords or encryption keys.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to store or share content that violates third-party rights
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6.1. We offer both free and paid subscription plans.

6.2. Paid subscriptions are processed through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy.

6.3. Lifetime subscriptions are one-time payments with perpetual access to the Service.

6.4. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

6.5. Refunds are provided within 30 days of purchase, subject to our refund policy.

7.1. You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service.

7.2. Hold My Env and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.3. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8.1. We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

8.2. We may perform maintenance that temporarily restricts access to the Service.

8.3. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9.1. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9.2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9.3. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9.4. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk.

11.1. You may cancel your account at any time.

11.2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11.3. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your data after 30 days.
